Implementing Your Strategic Plan

Congratulations! Your arts non-profit organization has completed its newest Strategic Plan! Now what? How do you turn all of those good intentions into reality? Join the Leadership Arts Alumni Network’s (LAAN) continuing board education series with the newest seminar – Implementing Your Strategic Plan. This one-and-a-half hour workshop will provide concrete tips for making steady progress, including how to hold both staff and board accountable for executing the plan.

This in-person seminar will be led by Greg Laugero. Greg is the current board co-chair of Colorado Ballet and former two-term chair of RedLine Contemporary Art Center. As a board member, he led the strategic planning for both organizations. As chair, he has overseen the implementation of both plans. He also advises small- and medium-sized arts organizations on their strategic planning process. Greg is also a graduate of the 2015 Leadership Arts cohort.

Come join fellow Leadership Arts alumni to thoughtfully execute your Strategic Plan. Even if you don’t have a Strategic Plan, come to gather tips on what should be in a Strategic Plan! Please register by September 30, 2021. 

The seminar will be hosted at Rocky Mountain Public Media’s brand-new Buell Public Media Center at the corner of 21st and Arapahoe in Lower Downtown.  Two-hour street parking is widely available on the streets surrounding this new facility.
