Strategic Board Recruiting: Practical steps to cultivate engaged leaders

Join us for an interactive and practical Zoom discussion around board recruiting best practices for 2020. Nonprofits thrive with strategic leadership engaged around the impact of your mission and engaged board members are the most effective ones, but COVID has reshaped engagement and opportunity for most organizations. We will explore how to reflect your organizational priorities, including goals to eliminate systemic racism, and strategy as you outline and implement a Strategic Board Recruitment Plan for your organization.  We will identify of board recruiting priorities, how to cultivate priority aligned candidates, define intentional application/review process and outline a strategic orientation and on-boarding to enhance board effectiveness.
