CBCA’s Executive Director, Deborah Jordy, has accepted a new position at the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District (SCFD).  Deborah will replace Peg Long as SCFD’s Executive Director. Peg Long is retiring this month after over nine years in that role.

This is positive news for the entire cultural community. Deborah will bring an extensive knowledge of our local arts sector and significant management experience to the SCFD. We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with SCFD and thank the voters for renewing the SCFD this past election.

CBCA Board of Directors and staff would like to thank Deborah for her 12 years as Executive Director. Her steadfast leadership, vision and commitment have been invaluable to the organization. Deborah’s last day at CBCA will be December 15. Read the SCFD’s full press release.
