CJ Juleff brings 20+ years’ experience in various facets of the financial services industry including commercial banking, trade association management, banker education, financial capability curriculum design and delivery, trade association board of directors and personal financial literacy coalition management. She has a wealth of experience helping organizations to clarify vision and mission, establish leadership competencies, identify management strengths and gaps, and create development solutions.  Over the course of her career, CJ has been successful as both an internal and external consultant, enabling organizations both small and large to achieve bottom line goals.

CJ enjoys working with individuals and teams to discover effective ways to maximize their potential.  Her clients value her ability to provide practical solutions and techniques that help them achieve their business objectives. Her facilitation style is a mix of humor and practical tips with just the right amount of nudge.

CJ holds a Master’s of Nonprofit Organization and Leadership from Regis University with graduate honors.
