The intent of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) Board Individual Engagement Plan (IEP) is to ensure that the organization thrives and grows while embracing your individual board service goals and skills. The organization appreciates and relies on all the ways you contribute through your TIME, TALENT, TREASURE, and TIES. We envision your contribution is achieved through a combination of professional guidance, hands-on volunteering, personal giving, corporate support, program and event attendance, membership cultivation and new funding development, and advocating for CBCA’s mission and goals. CBCA will develop a new Strategic Plan in 2025, which will guide Board priorities while also incorporating flexibility to allow for diverse types of contributions, as the IEP recognizes that each Board Member will contribute in many valuable and varied ways. Our aim is to empower each Board Member to achieve these requirements.

Staff will meet individually with you once a year to discuss your plan and how best to realize your goals and provide a mid-year update in writing. Please click here to schedule your 30min IEP discussion in December 2024 or January 2025. Thank you for all your efforts and support on behalf of CBCA.
