Peak Marketing is a Denver-based agency focused on bridging the gap between for-profit growth and nonprofit impact. The agency integrates brand activation, business development, and corporate social responsibility with fundraising and public awareness. At its core, Peak is driven by the belief that business can be a force for good empowering both companies and causes to create lasting, meaningful change across Colorado.

In Tune was launched in 2024 as a social enterprise that transforms decommissioned school buses into mobile music classrooms. The initiative delivers culturally relevant, high-quality music education directly to students in under-resourced communities. Rooted in equity and access, In Tune is designed to break down geographic and systemic barriers ensuring that creativity and arts education are available to all.

How have arts and/or creativity helped your company innovate or grow your impact in the community?

Creative thinking is at the core of both Peak Marketing and In Tune, but it shows up differently in each. At Peak, we use creative strategy to help nonprofits and socially conscious businesses communicate clearly and connect with the communities they serve. Whether we’re developing a campaign or building a brand, creativity helps us cut through the noise and focus on what really matters.

With In Tune, creativity was the starting point. The idea of converting school buses into mobile music classrooms came from asking a simple question: how do we get music education to students who don’t have access? The answer wasn’t traditional – and that’s what makes it cool.

Why are you involved with CBCA?

CBCA sits at the intersection of two things I care deeply about: civic engagement and creative opportunity. The organization’s work to connect the business and arts communities is not only unique, it’s essential, especially in a state like Colorado where creative industries play such a vital role in economic and community development.

Being involved with CBCA is a chance to grow alongside others who are equally committed to building a more vibrant, inclusive, and culturally rich Colorado. It’s also an opportunity to better understand how leadership, policy, and advocacy can be used to support and sustain the creative sector long-term.
