Amy Redford, Rian Johnson, Dee Rees, Christine Vachon, and Eugene Hernandez share share their Mostly True Stories From the Sundance Film Festival, a one-night-only live event exploring the history, values, and founding ethos of the Festival through the personal experiences of artists who have shaped, and been shaped, by it.
Presented by Sundance Institute and the Newman Center for the Performing Arts, in partnership with the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) and Denver Film, this celebration of formative films, memorable moments, tall tales, and archival treasures sets the stage for the Sundance Film Festival’s Colorado debut in Boulder, January 2027.
