Leadership Arts 2016-2017 Session #5 will focus on Building Better Boards: Defining Board/Staff Roles, Relationships and Leadership. The entire session will be led by Bill Charney, Charney Associates. We’ll learn about the fundamental purpose of governing boards, the distinction between governance and management, effective delegation, governing policies, and principles for effective board leadership. We’ll also get a chance to hear about the historic Cleo Parker Robinson Dance. Happy hour will be D Bar Denver.
