Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) is looking for artists, performers, creative groups, and cultural organizations to showcase!

CBCA has multiple paid opportunities every year for live performances and creative activations. These opportunities range from small private receptions to our annual Business for the Arts Awards luncheon attended by over 700 corporate, cultural, and civic leaders from across Colorado. We are looking for entertainment partners to bring creativity, innovation and delight to our events.

About CBCA

Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that advances Colorado’s creative economy by connecting arts and business. CBCA has been forging inspiring partnerships between business and the arts since 1985 through year-round advocacy, research, training, and arts engagement efforts.

As a champion of artists, cultural organizations and creative industries, CBCA advances Colorado as a cultural hub and validates the arts as an integral part of our economy. CBCA also demonstrates that art is smart for business by providing the business community with access, exposure, and visibility for their investment in the arts.

Criteria and Selection Process

We are seeking a range of artistic disciplines, cultural representation and geographic diversity. We encourage BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and historically marginalized groups to apply. Optimal performances or activations tend to be high-energy, engaging, unique and visually interesting. Submissions will be reviewed by CBCA staff who will follow-up with applicants to discuss their interest and proposals for specific opportunities. Outreach and decisions for various events will be on an ongoing basis. CBCA reserves the right to contact and work with individuals and groups outside of this Call for Talent.

Compensation

CBCA is pleased to offer an honorarium to our entertainment partners. Honorariums depend on the event and performance or activation. Entertainment partners will also have an opportunity to bring collateral materials to be included at or near the event check-in. All partners must sign an image and video release.

This Call for Talent closes September 30, 2022.
