Leadership Arts Session #3 will focus on Legal & Fiscal Stewardship for nonprofits and their Board of Directors. We will learn about legal issues for nonprofits, best practices for board members, how to read nonprofit financial statements and the importance of a nonprofit’s form 990. This class is also an opportunity to learn about our host venue, Swallow Hill Music, and try your hand at the ukulele! Happy hour will be hosted at The Copper Pot restaurant, two blocks away.
