Leadership Arts Expansion: Needs Assessment Survey

For the last 28 years, Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) has offered a program called Leadership Arts. Leadership Arts is a nine-month, cohort-based training program that inspires and equips community members to serve on boards of cultural nonprofits and increase their civic engagement in the arts. With a few limited exceptions, this program has been offered in-person in the Denver Metro area.

CBCA is exploring the possibility of expanding the impact of Leadership Arts to other communities in Colorado. The program format and delivery model will likely evolve in order to align regional needs and desires with CBCA capacity. How do we achieve the same objectives and outcomes on a regional or statewide level?

This Needs Assessment Survey is designed to gather input from potential community participants and nonprofit staff who would benefit from this programming. If that might be you or your organization, we appreciate your feedback! Please also share this opportunity with others in your community.
