We open doors for curious minds.

Libraries are community hubs that help people be their best. By providing learning opportunities that spark curiosity and fuel the mind, Anythink is a place of creativity, wonder and whimsy for residents of all ages. With interactive programming, world-class resources and one-on-one assistance, Anythink is a learning and cultural destination, a place where everyone can gain the skills they need to get ahead.

Increasing access to the arts in Adams County

With a focus on creativity and innovation, Anythink fosters artistic opportunities for the Adams County community. The library serves as a center for cultural experiences – everything from hands-on workshops to concerts and curated exhibitions – all free and open to the public. These experiences help fill a critical need, providing access to high-caliber artistic opportunities for all ages.

Creating community connections

Anythink is an organization that supports local independent businesses through creative collaboration. This innovative approach allows Anythink to dream big and build meaningful community relationships. Having partnerships with local organizations and artists allows Anythink to provide one-of-a-kind experiences to neighborhoods that might not otherwise have access to them. Partners play a key role in providing the spark and imagination that library customers of all ages expect when they walk through the doors.

Interactive public art

Art helps strengthen communities. Anythink’s collaborative public art series, This is Who We Are, allows residents to express themselves through permanent, interactive art installations. These pieces represent the fabric of the communities in which they reside, connecting people to new ideas and to each other.

The Studio

The Studio at Anythink is guided by the philosophy that people thrive when they discover and follow their passions, collaborate with others, and become creators. Supported by mentors – experts, artists in residence and staff – The Studio encompasses formal and informal learning opportunities to help community members thrive. The Studio seasonally changes its emphasis to celebrate a wide variety of artistic ventures – from digital design and filmmaking to woodworking and textiles.

“You had guests from the Clyfford Still Museum who spoke to kids about his art. I took my kids during spring break to that museum, and they talked about the art in such a meaningful way. They actually took time to look at and interpret the art on their own. This would have never have happened if they didn’t learn more about Clyfford Still at the library. I am grateful for these experiences that you bring to the community.” – J.P. C., Anythink customer
