On My Own Time facilitates juried employee art exhibitions at member companies to celebrate and encourage the creative talents of the workforce. CBCA then hosts a multi-company exhibition in downtown Denver to recognize the best artwork from the individual company shows. Works are accepted from company employees and their family members. Awards are given  in the categories of Digital Media, Fine Art, Fine Craft, Photography, Professional, Sculpture and Young Artist.
