In addittion to serving as CBCA's Board Treasurer, Doug has over 30 years of experience and is the tax leader for EY Southwest Region’s Consumer and Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility market sector. He serves many clients as their lead tax partner responsible for providing the full spectrum of tax and ASC740 services. Clients served range from large multinationals to small domestic companies covering many industries including healthcare, retail and consumer products, energy, media and entertainment, construction and others. For many years Doug focused on international tax structuring; international mergers and acquisitions; foreign expansion; and US inbound and outbound planning. In addition to Denver, Doug has also worked in Toronto, Chicago, Columbus and Phoenix.
